I found this place a few weeks ago, but I didn't explore it until fairly recently. I think it was an elementary school.

I'm glad the bear hasn't moved.

I finally got to see this location (without Mandi, who is a hater) in December and I loved it. I like your photos too.

EDIT: Changed title.

yet another place i know of but haven't visited yet. That bathroom looks like the floor is covered in 'mud' backed up from the sewers.

I've lived in the neighborhood for a long time now, and I can't believe I never noticed it before.

I know the feeling. I did a whole series of abandoned schools, but never could find this particular one. I knew it existed as I had seen pics of it by others, and kept hinting that I was trying to find it. But I never came out and asked, because I like the mystery trying to find sites on my own.

Then one day someone said "Dude, it's right in your backyard." (I live just North of it.)

D'oh!

Edited to add:

Nice pics of it, too! It's starting to deteriorate fast - probably not long before the second floor really starts to give way.

Man, decay has certainly taken its toll on this place, it's beautiful. Any idea how long it's been disused?
