This is an abandoned boat that has sat on the Wisconsin shore of Lake Pepin for about 5 years. Since it is abandoned and someone has lived in it at some point; doesn't it count as UE?

How they mde it so roomy inside is beyond me.

No it doesn't count. There's a strict square footage rule and non-aqueous law written in Urban Exploring Handbook Vol. 509...

BUT thats a pretty cool find. The interiors amazing.
