Unless you grind your head off. That could hurt longer.

| | | for some reason, these chutes, primarily the main one mentioned at the beginning of this thread, reminds me of the big slide in the department store in that movie "a christmas story." all i could think when i saw that pic was "you'll shoot your eye out, kid." oh childhood...

| | | I'm just sad that the fire poles @ the federal building were all closed off like that. They would have been fun. Well, they would have been fun if they were clean of rust. They might actually have been quite painful and tetanus-inducing in their current form.

If they hadn't blocked them, I bet they would have stayed nice and shiny from use.

| | | That one looks just like the one from my elementary school in Ft. Smith, AR. I need to find out when they schedule their fire drills, so I can be sure to be in the building that day, watching random court hearings. Which isn't as boring as it sounds... where else can you hear something like "He (the boyfriend) didn't really hit him (the ex-husband) that hard, your honor, that tooth was only held in with super glue."
J'ai toujours fait une prière à Dieu, qui est fort courte. La voici: "Mon Dieu, rendez nos ennemis bien ridicules!" Dieu m'a exaucé. |
