|  | | | I'm looking for experienced explorers around that area, my girlfriend's getting boring, she wont go anywhere with me anymore!  I've been in a few buildings, myself.. Not enough to consider myself experienced in any way, but I can give some insight, as I know every nook and cranny in my home town. Moving down to Lake City in a couple of weeks give or take, so I'm keeping my eyes out for places and people in that general area. Anybody interested in meeting up?
Places I've been;
- A 'not-so-abandoned' warehouse in town... Bums. ;)
- The burned school in Concrete
- The old cement factory in Concrete
- Railroad tunnels in Granite falls
- Gasworks Park.. (Never been inside the actual fenced off bit, but interested in checking it out.)
- There's an old meat processing plant outside of Snohomish city, often used as practice for firefighters. Done little more than scope it out.
- Scoped out an abandoned house in town.
- Been in various churches, very easy targets. ;)

I just moved up to Lake City from Portland last September. I got interested in Urbex in Portland, where there is a very active group, but could never find the time to venture out with them.
Now that I'm in Seattle, I have some time, but no idea where to start. There doesn't seem to be an active group up here, at least that I've been able to find.
So, sadly, can't help you find an expert, but maybe if you find one or discover something interesting I can tag along and help out somehow?

The only thing I see mentioned in that thread is Saturday, March 21st. Am I missing something? April 23rd is a Thursday, so unless the meeting is late, I'll be working. The one in March was at 15:30. Was that the plan for April 23rd as well? Same place and time and such?
I'm brand new to this forum, and a lot of the functionality is still locked out for me. Maybe I can't see it yet?
Edit: Okay, NOW I see it. I feel like an idiot.
The thread says Third Saturday and April 23rd (which as I already pointed out, is a Thursday). Should I assume it's April 25th, 4:00pm, same place as the March 21st meet? I think I can do it.
What should I bring? Flashlight? GPS? Police scanner? Signal stalker I (or II) scanneR? Pepper spray? Gloves? Crap clothes? FRS radios? Ham radio? :p
