looking for a good cave

Ardamass and I are planning on taking a road trip during one weekend on our spring break and are really wanting to see some caves. I looked online and could only find links for commercial sites that are ridiculously far away. We're planning on anywhere between Dallas and Austin so if anyone knows of any good caves between here and there it would be very helpful. Thanks ^_^

Due to the current economic crisis, I don't believe any of the caves around have any vacancies.

This one is small but pretty fun

It's in Abbott Texas.

I'm a blatant waste of time and resources.

Thanks for the link, that would actually work out great because if we follow the same road after going to Abbott we could hit up the inner space cavern down near Austin, it's commercial but I love caves so I think it would be fun to see.

If you aren't afraid to do a "birth canal" and don't mind a back breaker you could try Airman's Cave on the Austin greenbelt. I read somewhere that it was the longest cave in North America with an average height of 3ft. It's far from commercial, you have to find it before you can see it.

I've been to the cave but not past the birth canal. Also, to explain that term if you didn't already know, it's an opening in the cave that you basically have to worm your way through because there's not enough room to get through any other way.
