| | | | 25... started about two years ago when I started doing Photojournalistic research into Houston's many Superfund sites, and eventually ended up exploring Bruce Elementary in the 5th ward.
I have had the itch for years, doing "ghost hunts" with friends, (i was there for support, I don't believe in that stuff) in buildings, and cemetaries.
Always wanted to go to Jefferson Davis hospital, but when i went to go it was already artists lofts.

Don't worry tho, you will be old one day too.
Those fences that seem so short today will be so tall then.
The drains that seemed to be tall enough to jump up and down in will seem like a driveway culvert.
The guards that seem so slow will be able to keep right up with you.
The Camera and gear that seems expensive now will seem like a luxury of the rich when you have to take care of a mortgage and kids.

Same here. When I was younger the do not enter sign just screamed out to me as a place I needed to get into! But now it is much more than going somewhere a don't belong.

Wow, nice man. It's good to start young so that one day you can have that star up top that says 20 and be telling everyone that you are 36 been doing it almost half your life.
Just please be a responsible 16 year old, and make sure that when you explore you do it respectfully so that you don't give other explorer's a bad name... Not that you would.
Ive just run into some people (most of which being under 20) that call themselves explorers when they take spray cans into buildings to tag, and set fire extinguishers off everywhere.... Not cool
Take only pictures, leave only footprints....
