|  | | | Hi everyone.
On family day (holiday in Canada, it was yesterday) my UE partner, who just happens to be my mom, and i hit up a new location she'd seen. I wasn't terribly excited to go because my mom had a talent for picking boring locations. But to my surprise this one wasn't too bad. It was an old farm house with about four garages and a barn. The barn was built in 1899. There wasn't much left in it, but it was still fun. I only did the ground floor because I don't do basements and my mom wouldn't go the second floor with my even thought the house was structurally sound as far as i could tell. She also doesn't like going out with me too much and is really antsy and doesn't let me stay long. So these pictures aren't great, but it was the best I could do on a time limit. It was an interesting day. Heres a few pictures. Not edited...yet.

There were SO many of these. Ohio, Quebec and Ontario, Ranging from about '62-78

8 Calendar says Oct '73, but I think the house has been lived in since then, it was in good shape.

Yup to that! I want the shelving thingy in the back right of pic #9. Your mom sure picked a place with baaaaaad wallpaper!  (But a pretty good location overall, eh?)

my mom won't come with, and i'm too scared.
i don't even go in my OWN basement when i'm home alone!
i would have with someone else to go first.

| | | | In Canada at least, Family Day is a Ontario, Saskatchewan and Alberta thing only. It's a kind of silly holiday as most stores are open and all federal stuff goes on like a regular business day.
My girlfriend won't do basements either but this has nothing to do with exploring and is best left to a different forum.

im pretty sure she just does it to keep me quiet. She enjoys some of the really old ones, but the locations i prefer bore her.
