I'm amazed how much of an institutional look this place has, the private room areas I mean.
Reminds me of the infamous Fantasia up in Richmond Hill that was demolished years ago. I recall nights out with the boys and bouncers luring in customers by yelling "no rules against touching tonight!".

that place was constantly under investigation for prostitution and trafficking. after years and years of people trying to shut it down, someone set fire to the place. it wasn't supposed to be demolished, but about five or so years ago, a few weeks after the fire had taken place, a friend and i were walking by it - nothing was salvageable...you could still see some of the ugly pink paint on the outside, but yeah...the place was just big piles of rubble.
where it used to stand, they are now (quite far along in) building an expensive condominium complex.

wait.. is that the place at the top of the hill near the double double chicken place across from the new arts complex on Yonge st?
that used to be a strip club?! I moved to Richmond Hill wayy too late..

I was expecting the upstairs to be more bordello-like, seedy (wrong choice of words) looking; but it was disappointing to see the cheap reno, bunk beds and such. I thought them 'rippers would have more class. Though I'm sure the tiled floors/walls made for an easy hose down.
Albeit, the ladies seemed to like this particular joint, they wrote (on a door spotted in the attic by phrenzee) a lot of positive comments about working at the dollhouse.

hmm ok.. the new condo's.. I was thinking its was next to the double double but yeah ok.. Pizza Pizza. I remember having to go around the barriers in traffic to get to work on my bike and it was a pain to say the least.
(btw: if you post a large link and it wont post properly just highlight the whole link and then click the link button(the big earth))
back on topic.. is the Strip club still standing cuz I'd love to go out there and check it out sometime

haha yeah, near the wing machine plaza - it's on yonge, just north of major mackenzie
and with all the stories i used to hear about that place, you really didn't miss much, aside from VD...
