| | | Western State? Or the Nelson sanitarium in Downtown Charlottesville? Not much to see, only one wall left.
I also sugest the Piedmont Flor mill in Lynchburg. It'd deffinetly worth the drive to see. It's masive and and 180 years old.

Now, I don't want to come across as a jerk (or paranoid), but... I just don't trust people who ask for handouts in their very first post. Do I know you? Should I trust you? If I were to tell you about an awesome abandoned building, how do I know that you wouldn't fall through a hole in the floor while robotripping? Or maybe the building would mysteriously burn down this weekend? Or maybe you're underage, and I could be liable for any damage you do after I give you information? Or maybe you're a great explorer, and the coolest guy in the world... how am I supposed to know? Hope that makes sense.

Additionally, how do we know that you are not with a security company? Or the police? It's nothing personal. It's simply a matter of self preservation.

| | | Hell, I just kinda wish there were other people to explore with, it gets a little lonely hanging out in those big old buildings all the time. I still have my spots that I don't mention though.

I have to agree with you there. It does get lonely. It can get a little "sketchy" as well!

Agreed. We are supposed to be explorers not 2 bit tour guides for people who can't do their own reasearch.

| | | sounds great, the way all youz peoples are laying it down on this poor fella if he is actually what he says I know what you mean, and I know this is only my second post, but there is a difference between a welcoming society and a group of misers. I did not call you misers, or snoody, or anything bad! Look how you started of by being nice, then doubled back and lashed out... very cordial. Its a groupthink thing, and nobody is at fault - but just keep it in mind ;] Keep running ;]

| | | People are just hesitant to give out info on a post pretty much anyone can see. I don't blame them. Some people could have said it nicer, but this is the internet people like to be mean. My advice is go explore everything around you the woods wherever soon you will be the one with some top secret information. Good Luck!
