Oh, wow. I've seen stuff that was heavily encrusted, but never one where it was beginning to reach any kind of meaningful level.

That said, I've crapped in an abandoned building before. Sometimes, going into one gives me some anxiety that manifests itself in some "urgency," like I had binged on Activia. I've even joked with my brother before that the instant I first step into one that my stomach lets out that loud gurgle like something is wrong. A couple of times, I've found a bathroom with TP still in it and used it. Not my favorite, but usually better than a gas station!
