Damn, I was wondering the fate of Frigidaire, thinking of heading up that way to find out myself.

Ah well, at least you saved me a 2 hour or so drive.

You never know. The place was so huge so I don't know if the fire effected every part of it. The fire could have even made it better. One thing is for sure now is that its probably harder to get into.

Its the building to the right of taylor street. The building across the street is a water treatment plant that I have not entered before. I think the water treatment plant is abandoned.

Nice to see some interest from the Dayton area!

EDIT: I've seen that hotel across the street from WSU. That place would be interesting to get into when it gets built up a little more (aka: more than just a skeleton). The fence doesn't even go all the way around the perimeter, not sure how they expect to keep people out.

I was there on business about a year ago and went poking around. That place was hard to miss.

I ran into feral dogs at another place in Dayton, but I don't know the name of it.

There was even a good pun in Dayton, "Abandoned Building Materials"

Went and scoped out this bashed monstrosity South of Dayton:

The place where you ran into feral dogs was a paper plant.

The last time I went there a disgruntled vagrant chased me out.

There were quite a few abandoned places in Dayton.

Though far from abandoned, I probably got most out of wandering around in Mendelson's.

Just an update to this, Frigidaire is comming down. Drove by today, and half of it is nothing but a pile of broken concrete and twisted metal. The other half, all the glass has been removed. Makes me wonder if they are gonna dynamyte it.
