But you steal and break into places. These are Criminal Code of Canada offences and for that you will not find the warmest of receptions. Call it unwritten ethics or call it just being a decent human being - it's a fine line we walk.
That's all I will say on the subject although there's no doubt you will follow up.

It's not abandoned, just waiting for a knight in shining drywall. A personal request, if you're going to bust boards to get in, that's your business, but make sure you close them up behind you when you leave. No need to make the trashing of the place any easier, it'll only make it harder for the TCDSB to find someone to restore the building.

The thing that bugs me the most about this thread is that your discussing where it is so everyone else in the universe knows about the place and the access which does make it easier to trash. If your going to give someone shit for causing harm to come to a place by making it accessible, you should also see how talking about everything on this, and not the restricted Toronto forum also has the same effect(s).
Mortimer was right if your going to take anything off at least have the decency to put it back, and that includes those of your just 'exploring' and not 'breaking and entering'. (Note the extra sarcasm)

. . . I personally believe that by leaving "one man's trash" enhances the entire experience for explorer's who come after you to the location.
In other news, many of you who have explored with me or may know of me may also know that I have no problem's leaving your broken a$$ in the basement of an abandonment if you decide to take something while you are exploring with me.
Anywho - great location, good pics . . . too bad the batteries quite on ya half-way through.

I know, for those of us who actually have busted boards, we obviously put them back. Sadly, I know there are some who don't and make matters worse.

Yeah, I have no problem with that. If somebody has certain rules and expectations on their exploration. I won't bother to use my methods.
However, when I'm alone or with somebody of the same nature then all hell turns loose.
