It is in the LDB but is a FM-only location. I recommend that you make some contributing posts on UER so that you may obtain full membership and will then be able to see the LDB entry.

Otherwise, LDB says it is loaded with security mechanisms and what-not, and is not worth the risk.

Sorry, I probably forgot my <sarcasm> tags.

dude, most of it was torn down when they blasted the pilings for the old college ave bridge

EDIT:

i guess i should tell you what i mean by most of it, and i guess i can make that public now that its gone

the only thing that is left is part of the basement that is to act as a open channel for the river, that is all that is left (that ive seen) and those are left open because the DNR says there needs to be water flow so mosquitoes dont get super powers or something... i kinnda zoned out...

there was an alarm to spook kids and scrapers, oh and to alert the police and owner as to when some one was in the buildings

it was also a superfund site that is now "clean" but i have never seen any clean up done since the fires that shut it down soooo....

what will be going on the site will be the new college ave bridge (waste of money and not needed) condos (because living on a toxic waste site is awesome) and a shopping center with restaurants and shops (because the mayor seems to think the city needs another money pit)

the developers also missed there own ground breaking two or three times and at last i heard ran out of money (so now the city needs to pay for it as well as the Richmond terrace project which owes over $350,000 in unpaid taxes and the waste treatment plant and the failing paper plants.... newpage... so on and so on)

That sucks. Its to bad that they didn't make this site historical or something. It looked like a cool place.
