I had this idea awhile back, but did not have the means to do it.
I will either get urbexweb.com or urbex.net
The client will get:
FTP Access
E-mail addresses
A sub-domain of whatever domain I get
20gb of space
Numerous web apps will be available
Each site will have a splash page, if you donate $2 a month you don't have ads or a link to the main site on your splash page
