like, oh, port of seattle police in boats?

different jurisdiction i expect... different port, and the port in question has their own security. port of seattle PD doesn't operate there from what i understand.

From past experiences and advice remember your mobility is limited in this location being that your in the port and your exits can be blocked very easily if they were to determine if anyone was on there.

There are coast guard and harbor security in boats that do monitor that area randomly since they are renovating that wing of the port.
