What I meant by not needing another low income project is that I've been to concrete city and the place it's in doesn't seem like the richest area, no offense to the folks living there. The people who work enough to pay their own way will end up paying for these "low income" (or no income) people to live there and their multiple kids to go to school at a time when the economy is in the gutter. These low income projects are better left to cities (if at all) where there is a significant population to distribute the cost. There are only 10,000 folks in Nanticoke where concrete city is. I'm sure they'll enjoy the increased property tax and the type of people "low income housing" usually brings.
