| | | Sounds great! Are we meeting up in Crowley as discussed in the "Where is everyone" thread? I have a sister in SW Arlington I could spend the night with to split the trip. (I don't have a windshield so highways are a workout!)

| | | Silent Search is the road captain this time not sure where in Crwoley exactly maybe we'll PM this stuff to keep all the snipers in the dark. Windshield? Whats that? We don need no stinkin winchield. (this is going to involve riding on highways by the way)

| | | Just another excuse for me to get off my ass and get a bike. If anyone is near Denton Dr. and Luna there is a pretty sweet bike shop there on the SW corner.

| | | Thx 2X She rides nice. I don't care for ridin' in the rain either. And those paint strips are slick, even when they are dry.

| | | The two major places I know are Bates #2 <bates2.net> on the Southbound access road to I-35 (Googlemaps calls that Harry Hines-?), just south of Valwood Parkway. MotoLiberty <.com> has a really great staff but--at least in helmets--deals in expensive brands. They mostly have Shoei and Arai. Whoo! $$$! Still, a fun little shop Just west of Crown Park, north of Royal. Wow. What a re-purposed thread. A very tenuous association to Urban Exploration, huh? Hope we don't tick off the mods!

| | | if youre in the market for a used HD, chopper, custom, etc theres Texas Dream Machines on Luna north of I635 good honest people to deal with just go by and look at the selection (hundreds of people buy these kind of bikes and end up not being able to ride them or afford them so lots of turn over in the inventory)

| | | I still like the folks at Strokers. Ive heard from some people that they are assholes, maybe they tolerate me because Ive been bumming around there for 10 years. I couldnt come close to handling this but still, gotta love Big Dog http://www.bdm.com...ngle.php?model=k-9 with the mono (3 pinstripe) graphics. | | | My 750 is plenty for now! Really looking for a good accessories shop, I'm especially in the market for saddlebags & a leather jacket right now. Can't beat on-line pricing but there's something to be said for actually seeing what you're buying. Especially when it's that expensive. Way bummed about the weather canceling this ride. Cowboys on Monday night made this Sunday possible. Anyone up for a Saturday instead?
