|  | | | Here is a more recent set of photos a group of friends and I took while visiting the Seneca Army Depot. This is an amazing old US Army base and Munitions disposal and storage site. I was unable to get to the weapons storage bunkers but I'll make sure I do on my future trip (though I'm not 100% sure I want to expose myself to burnt up chemical/nuclear/bio waste). There is a large airfield, hospital and large warehouses. Some of the landscape is quite peculiar, large burnt out patches of land, odd water coloration, definitely a place you feel you shouldn't be. There is also a Maximum security prison on the site.
The hook, it's hard to grasp the scale of this but it must have been 40 feet high and the concrete legs were 10'x4'.
Door Blocked, HazMat storage warehouse. This was filled with metal drums, no I did not look and see what was inside of them.
