Very nice. Are those actual Polaroids? Either way, beautiful!

I have a feeling that you might have Martino drooling over these when he sees them.

Yeah, they've gotten dirty along their travel.
What yellow markings? the streaks from expired film?
I have no control over the film.

WOW! Dude these are AWESOME!

thanks. I have more to scan.

These are fun.

I can appreciate the effort and adventure that went into capturing these....but I really just dont feel the crappy old grained out look....I like to be able to discern a bit of detail from photographs...
I can understand maybe taking one or two low quality polaroid shots for novelties sake...but to look at an entire album of this stuff would make me go blind....to love film and resist the change to digital is fine, but perhaps look into buying a nicer camera, or a storage binder of some type.

really didnt mean to sound rude or unproductive....if these were a bit clearer I'd have much better things to say....I think we just have sharply contrasting tastes when it comes to photographic style. the subject and compositions of all these are quite good.

just my $0.02

These are polaroids from various locations.
I take maybe 2-4 at each location, and the rest are done with my digital camera.

I post the Polaroids here because this is the "art photo" forum of uer.

I think you have misunderstood something.

I love how the colors are all bright and happy for something that looks so dead. Even though the contrast is all off, I love them all. I think it actually makes it better. Makes em look older I think.

beautiful! these have so much character, im jealous.

on a side note, do you know of any ways to change the behavior of the chemicals? ive heard putting opened film in a fridge deadens them somehow, but ive never tried it.

In my opinion, Polaroids are better than SLRs. A digital SLR will never be able to catch the atmosphere and emotion that these polaroid shots do. Is this polaroid Analog?

You should just post your polaroids in the UE photography section instead of the UE critique section, you have so little control of how your polaroid comes out!
