apparently it does, that's the downfall of the star system, some people (not pointing any fingers) add stuff just to make their stats higher, or add icons, or whatever... it doesn't bother me much, but the icons don't really do anything anyway. If the encyclopedia icon showed you all the users encyclopedia entries, or LDB entries, etc. than it would make sense.
