|  | | | it seems that everyone in the NC area does topground/ abandoned UE-ing. not that i'm opposed to that, as there are a wealth of places like that around here, but i'm part of a small group of amateur drainers in and around charlotte, and we'd like to know if there are other groups in the area. preferably young people.

i don't know if charlotte itself has any drains "speak of"
prospects are looking dim, but you never know.
we've found some rather large ones, but nothing too long or interesting.
a friend told me that there's a promising outfall in the davidson area, and we're going to check that out sometime soon.
i was hoping to find someone with some experience on here that could tell me (if there are any proper drains to be found around charlotte) but i've been unlucky so far.
we're planning on just popping random storm drain manholes if all else fails.
