maybe its just my monitor, but #3 looks as tho there isnt quite enough contrast between the grass / foliage and the building...the lighting would not make for an easy shot tho without a graduated neutral density filter or bracketing and digital post processing.
I really like #1 though....

Also, Kodak makes a c41 B&W. Give it a shot. It's all I use for my bw stuff.

#1 is really nice
Illford 400 is great because you can push it to 3200 ISO (ASA) and drop it as low as 6 ISO.

I use Ilford 400 with my Leica for some daytime photography....
I like it a lot more than the Kodak b & w film i used to use,
but maybe that's because i they have Ilford right down the street
from me at Penn Camera...
