Well in Richmond you don't have to dig too deep to hit water (hence why there are no basements in Richmond). I've been looking for a drain outfall and the ones I've managed to find are about this big

So are there any bigger outfalls in Richmond?

I make love the same way I resolve arguments. With my fists.

I highly doubt that there are drains bigger than that in Richmond considering they have to pump some of their storm water up and out to sea level, but if you go out at low tide you might find something. Good on you though to find one that big.

Yeah, there are some more further along the ditch. There's a pumping station at the end of the ditch. It pumps into another ditch though so I don't know what's going on there
