Did he do all of the spray-paint tags shown throughout the photos?
If the only thing you are complaining about is the name scratched into the wall alongside all of the other names, I see no problem with that. Many a UE location has an impromptu "Guestbook" and personally I find it quite interesting to see which explorers have been there before, especially if the guestbook is not a wall of huge tags with spraypaint and doesn't ruin the location.

oh heh the stencils! theres 3 stencil cutter press things there, and ythere was alot of bits of manil;a folder sitting around, so me and my 2 friendsd made stencils to take pictures of, but nothing more. and yeah, they kicked holes in the walls and broke a couple windows that were already broken. i got pissed at them, and then explaine dthat they can't do that, and they stopped.

I strongly suggest that Atomsk813 read Access all areas, or review the wiki article on Urban Exploration, Specifically the section on Ethics.
When you destroy a site in any way, including "breaking" windows that are "already broken" you create a problem for the entire community as a whole.
I myself would prefer getting caught in a site that has not been destroyed because at least then I can say that I take nothing but pictures, leave nothing but footprints.
When I walk into a new site, I hope each time that a certain amount of the history is still there, ready to tell me its story, by trashing a site you destroy that history for others to enjoy.
Until you clean up your ethics, and get over your immaturity you will never be respected as an Urban Explorer. When you do decide to make this change you will find a very welcoming community, until that time clean up your act or walk away.
