| | | In case you were wondering, they were all shot with a Mamiya C220. I am not sure what film was used with all of them. I believe one outside was Velvia 100, the rest were likely Fuji 160S. The picture of the fellow trying to light his fart was taken with a Canon 40D. For those wondering, he didn't have much success that night, but he was a trooper and kept on trying.

| | | I voted for D, it has good use of colour, composition is simple but effective. Dont take anything i say to heart, im just bored and have nothing better to do, haha. A. came second, perfect DOF; good foreground sharpness. B. A interesting shot, but the composition is all wrong, with the big white concrete drawing my eye, along with the whole machine. C. Interesting use of shapes, just a shame you cant make out the person against the dark background, if he/she was clear, it would have being the best shot by far!... Timing is key. E. Good DOF and sharpness, with harmonious colours, but the composition ruins the shot, try placing the wheelchair in different parts of the exposure rather than the centre. F. Not arty, but a textbook shot. G. Again, nothing special, but a reference shot. H. good use of light, if a little plain, with no real focus, exept from the light composition. I. Nice point of focus with solid composition, but nothing out of the ordinary. J. Excellent colour, which makes the shot, and foreground use. But remember to keep your horizons straight, if they are not straight, they will be first to be criticised. Peace [last edit 2/3/2008 2:01 AM by Dempsey - edited 1 times]

| | | Thanks, Dempsey. This has come up a few times, so I should address it. J is as shot. It was taken at a time when I was being hardcore with myself. I didn't allow any cropping, rotating and the like to ensure I thought about all of that in my composition. Anyhow, those days are gone, but I forgot to adjust this picture.
