Caching

Is there a reason that I can't get near the quality of caching on this server over the other server? On the old server it seemed like everything was cached and now it seems like on this server hardly anything is cached. Seems like everything has to reload of the network. I'm still using the same browser that I used before and still the same settings.

It is now pitch dark. You are likely to be eaten by a grue.

This is a nice tester to show the cache-friendliness of a page. Running it on the main forum shows that the actual page itself isn't cacheable (logical, since it is constantly being updated), but none of the images have specific freshness information (such as an Expires header).
