If you've been a cancer, you've been a cancer of fun. I think I've only deleted one of your posts, and I think it contained a sound rather than a word. Maybe you misspelled the sound, or it was a sound that brought back too many memories.... I don't really remember. But I think you're one of the funniest and most intelligent posters on this board, probably one of five or six people on here who consistently makes me laugh. I've never had trouble keeping up with your identities, and I don't think you've ever broken any board rules. My only criticism is that you're a little hard on Av sometimes.
That said, I don't think it's fair to saddle Max with a name he doesn't want as an arbitrary punishment. If there is going to be some sort of new rule against frequent name changes, it should go in the written rules of the board and not be enforced retroactively.

I respect both Max and Av for different reasons, and while I think it sucks that they can't get along I know its an inevitable result of different personalities and points of view. Av needs to realize that not everyone is going to conform to his ideas of ideal forumites, and Max needs to realize that you can't just intentionally piss off the forum owner forever and get away with it (not that I expect either of them to actually change their minds about these things). If people like Av and Max just can't get along then maybe they should save their greivances for the convention, and we can have boxing matches or maybe a paintball duel to reclaim offended honor. The other moderators can ref while Max and Av, Jester and Crossfire, etc. try to kick eachothers asses.

I don't get along with Crossfire ? Sure he's lazy and smells bad and doesn't have a sense of humour and... but I digress. I get along just fine with Crossfire. We just like to test our wits against each other I think... unless he really does hate me... that bastard...
As for Av and Max. I don't think there will be a resolution unless BOTH of them try to tolerate one another's eccentricities a bit more...

There's no real rule against changing your name too many times. Max didn't have his profile locked for that reason, rather, I locked it because he ABUSED the profile feature.
He changed his name to something that insults another member, and also chose a name that would make him easily mistaken for me (since the name appears below my name). This is called impersonation, and is against the rules. I already banned people for doing this, and I would have banned Max if it wasn't for his fandom on here.
Max: Stop being a fucktard. I've given you a lot more slack than other people would have gotten. Anything you've gotten so far you've deserved, so just tell me the name you want and stop fucking around.
