| | PICS OF THE SOLSTICE PARTY < on 12/23/2007 7:20 PM >
| | | ok so I went down there to Solstice Party (that the large gathering of people to Celebrate the longest night of the Year) it was Awesome to say the least
first off heres the sun setting at the Kennedy Station L.R.T. platform
Heres the Mardi Gras Parade that went through the streets of Kensington Market
afterwards the parade led here to Denison park where the BIG FIRE took place.. first the fire dancers
and then the fire Itself
it was hot! but it faded out and I left.. but i went around Downtown all night and had some fun and took pics! RANDOM DOWNTOWN PICTURES OF THE SOLSTICE NIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THIS is the spot where the FIRE was
and back to aimlessly wandering Downtown Enibriated!!!!
this is a VID of the mardi gras parade.. more vids to come!!!
I will defeat that which was once untouchable only so that I may now move on |

Isn't mardi gras in February? Nice pics but perhaps a tri pod or a ledge would be useful for getting rid of the blur. Unless that was an intended effect.

well it was a parade for the Solstice (dec. 21st the Longest night of the year) as for the blur.. you carry around a tripod all drunk and wasted for 12 hours on your feet and still want to carry it around.. but yes, a tripod would help out thank you.. I try to use my shoulder most of the time but drunk + standing = shaky pic.. i need a camera with a better iso so I can take pics that has an exposure of less than 2 seconds..
ok for Everyone now.. 2 MORE VIDS!!!

| | | Lord, thanks for resizing this time, but why post the blurry ones? Select a few keepers then redirect to photobucket (or something). Just a suggestion....
