Anything to do with trains. Usually train watching, but also going to museums, reading, collecting. Just railroad stuff in general. It's one of those things that you either love it or could care less about.

PS> Maybe I misspelled it? Does it only have 1 "N"?

i knew there was a reason i loved you, Raticus... I'm always watching the CP line here... lots of weird engines/tonnage passing by lately.

So, random question, what kind of music do you guys like? I mean, as if URBEX wasn't weird enough, you all have to listen to some weird shit right?

Oh man, I can get pretty freakin' excited about trains. haha. I know some people wonder "what the hell is wrong with train watching people". But those folks are just screwed up. They can't help it.

Unfortunately for me 90% of my trains are UP. I do have some CSX & NS through here but to see anything else, I have to drive at least an hour.

this morning, on the way home from work, had a four unit hauling containers stop at the 117.6 marker to go into a little deli/coffee shop at the crossing. It was one of the larger CP engines, then two Union Pacific big boys with the UP logo spray-painted over with an old CP loco #753 or 763. They always stop there for food... it's kind of neat.

Radiohead, Modest Mouse, Sufjan Stevens, Cloud Cult, Godspeed You! Black Emperor, I Am Your Buddy, Beirut, Cold War Kids, Wilco, Muse, Sparta, Andrew Bird, David Usher, The Go! Team, Matthew Good, Interpol, Joanna Newsome, The Mars Volta, Sparta, The Tragically Hip... Did I mention Radiohead? The list goes on and on... but I think this topic has been asked in other threads.

In short, I listen to a TON of wierd shit, and just as much normal stuff too.

Congrats, you've just proven my theory that people who respond to a thread like this don't read many other threads on these forums.

I'm sending it out for peer-review as we speak. Enjoy your day.

3 major things, then a bunch of other stuff. Trains, transit, computer hardware/overclocking.

The first one is great!! I see see a CN train here in my town once in a while, but not often. Saw one a few months ago and got some shots of it.

This is one of the engines I worked on when I was a mechanic for VTR

Gah! Railfanners! <3

Anybody a roadgeek?

I used to have thousands of purely-highway photos from construction projects and etc., but removed them to make way for American Byways, which has little to do with highway networks.
