Specifically, in the tunnels of them. He said he saw someone when there couldn't have been someone, then when he turned around they were gone or something... sounds like an explorer to me. You can occasionally access them from the loading dock area on the backside of F. There have been a few movies shot down in the tunnels over the years, but no ghosties.... because they just simply dont exist. The North Campus also has tunnels around it, but they are of the steam variety. I have pictures of both the Lakeshore and North Tunnels somewhere. He(Who i would consider a reliable source) told me about these tunnels under Humber collage. He went to the school and one night after a long night of collage partying and drinking, him and some collage friends went down in the tunnel's.
