I personally can't confirm tunnels, but start by doing some research on this history of the original facility (Mimico Branch Asylum, Lakeshore Psychiatric Hospital).

UER DB entry:
http://www.uer.ca/...ow.asp?locid=24935

According to the FAQ at this site, tunnels do exist, although they don't give any details:
http://www.asylumb..._Do_tunnels_really

Apparently in the book... Toronto: The Unknown City
http://www.arsenal...info.php?index=180
it touches on it...
"
The haunted old Lakeshore Psychiatric Hospital, now on Humber College grounds, has tunnels approximately five feet wide with limestone foundations used to transport food, medicine, and other supplies for the hospital.
"

...in that article is also mentions a tunnel running from the Keg Mansion to Wellesley Hospital?

I'm not sure how reliable a source my father is, but he mentioned years ago that the one place he was truly freaked out by the "paranormal" was when he was doing construction on these buildings. Specifically, in the tunnels of them. He said he saw someone when there couldn't have been someone, then when he turned around they were gone or something... sounds like an explorer to me.

There are tunnels between the buildings. You can occasionally access them from the loading dock area on the backside of F.

There have been a few movies shot down in the tunnels over the years, but no ghosties.... because they just simply dont exist.

The North Campus also has tunnels around it, but they are of the steam variety.

I have pictures of both the Lakeshore and North Tunnels somewhere.

I was talking to my friend the other day about all my UE adventures. He(Who i would consider a reliable source) told me about these tunnels under Humber collage. He went to the school and one night after a long night of collage partying and drinking, him and some collage friends went down in the tunnel's. He also told me stories of hauntings in building F, like the building would get prepared for paint and painted over and over again and the paint would keep peeling, over and over again, no matter what they would try (personally i think their is a perfectly good explanation for that, I'm not too much into that sci-fi stuff)
