All I have been able to find out is that the cars have not been in service since 1995 when they got sent down here. The Locomotive is about a mile away at a navy base. I am pretty sure that homeless people live here because of all the trash inside the cars. The locomotives are long gone from the base and that line is slated to be pulled up and turned into a trail.
