| | | | On a slightly different angle - last week I was leafing through a stack of magazines called "40-45 then and now" and there were these photographs. One is from 1945 and the other is recent.
The pictures are from France, near Neuenburg and Colmar. I find it fascinating that these walls are still standing and that that ugly Nazi propaganda is still there, somewhere under the layers of plaster ...
And of course it's a cool expedition idea to go looking for these details from WW II.

I'm sure everybody has seen graffiti, and this thread is for the most interesting ones, whether you think it's okay or not.
Here are some of mine... all taken at a dolomite quarry turned county park/marina, and this is part of the "End Of Park Property" stuff.
I have more, but the rest don't seem to be cooperating with the uploader at the moment...
