Ive Been up it a few times and found a bat and a strange assortment of spiders and what i think were fish. The tunnel intersects at the base of the building and is open for a while, it then goes under the parkinglot and towards a drainage canal which goes all the way up to fort street (quite a distance). For you to get to the entrance, you either need to set foot in the boise river, or repel or climb down to the tunnel. Its located right along side the boise river and you can see it if you regularly float the river.
