Are there any other interesting locations in and around the Burlington and surrounding (Waterdown/Milton, Lowville etc) areas? There's also an abandoned house along Dundas (Hwy 5) just west of Tremaine. Though it's not the safest to explore, interesting to check out. It's pretty much across the road from the school bus depot. It's hidden pretty good by tree growth so you really have to look. The 1800's house ruins is along the Bruce Trail off of Britannia Road and Blind Road. You have to walk along the path until you get to the blue side loop title Ruins and River. From there it is very hard to find, you really have to keep on eye out on your left hand side. It's about 10 minutes into the path.
