Quite well. We're all looking out for graffiti vandals.

I was in the area today and stopped by; there were tonnes (ok, several) workers in orange vests getting into or out of pickup trucks and generally doing stuff. Seems like King County is starting to use the grounds as a staging area or at least as parking. No idea if it's like that every day or not, but perhaps somebody else can elaborate.

The county apparently bought it for some sort of waste management or storage purpose, so they may finally be getting around to using it.

Would it still be possible to visit it? I would like to take a trip there, but havent been there and don't know the condition. Would it still be possible to get in?

Yes it is, but the place is a chit hole right now because of recent vandalism. You should probably bring a respirator since the vandals released just about every fire extinguishers in there and the stuff isn't exactly good for you.

It's not hard to find the location on Google Maps. Once you get there, figure out a way in yourself.

alright, thank you for the heads up. It will be my first urbex trip in this area, it's been a while since Ive gone, and I just wanted to make sure it was still usable. There seems to be a lot of talk about it on the forums, too bad the vandals got it.

yeah, so it sucked. We tried to get in, and some guy stopped us right after we got through the gate. We asked him what the deal was, and he said that while the "pad" is abandoned, there is a trucking operation that is still active on one side, and an office/warehouse thing on the other. Then he made us leave. I got maybe 5 pictures before he made us leave, all of the outside.

Was it a white Ford Taurus with a handy cap tag down the rear view mirror?

no, the guy walked up, he didn't drive up. He was kinda old and had a Pendeltonshirt and hat, so I figure he was an employee, and he came from the side where all the trucks were parked.

A portion of active warehouse got vandalized. I can see why they'd want people out.
