Awesome shots.
I absolutely love the main foyer in that school. 1 and 3 depict it perfectly.
Great work.

I love all 3.

Too bad I had the false alarm of kidney beans that day!

These were from April. You were there after we were!

Are you using a tripod yet? The second one looks a little shaky. Also I'm not to fond of the angle on the third one. I feel it would have been better represented with everything lined up. Lastly I remember you used to hand hold almost everything at 1600 so I can't really make a fair critique on these unless I was to see them as a larger print. The noise might be unbearable.

But number one, displayed at the size it is, looks sweet.

hahaha. thanks for the compliment ryan so nice of you.

no tripod. its annoying and boring. but i never shoot at iso 1600! 400 MAX. the way i edit (ie all they layers of blur) take care of the small amount of noise at that iso for what ive seen on the few 11 x 14 prints ive made) 1st and 2nd were hand held with my arm braced on the railing or wall probably. 2nd shot was the camera was sitting on the stage and i used the timer so thats the only one of the three where i *wasnt* holding the camera when the shot was taken. very little light in this place and the sun was setting so they are really dodge and burned and levels editted.

ya, a few rooms upstairs had table saws and wood but it looked like they were just using them to build the scaffolding around the outside?? no other stuff going on inside. most of that part of the campus was sealed up tiiiiight tho

prob two reasons for the orange.

1) i upped the saturation, contrast and dodged that back wall via photoshop.
2) the sun was just starting to set

It took me a minute to notice it, but on the third one there appears to be something in the frame very close to the camera that's all nasty. It might be peeling paint or something on the wall that you were bracing yourself against? It can be quite distracting when you notice it. But that aside, beautiful job.
