It sounds like it's in fairly poor condition but that there are a lot of good photo opportunities. I spoke with the owner today who is willing to let a few people in for photos. You'd have to sign a liability waiver, just in case, but it sounds like a great opportunity. If you'd be interested in going PM me so I can give you information.
