Rocks mill is now owned by the province it looks like, and seems to be locked up pretty tight. there was a new truck sitting outside and several outside lights on when we were there. the truck didnt move in over a day and i think it may be put there to deter people from going in. Has anyone been in rocks' mill by springford? if so any suggestions. seems like you can walk in the back way through a conservation area... spook officer, I don't see the big deal...
