Wow I'm really amazed at all the people who are into UE. I've been exploring for as long as I could walk, and I can't wait to share info with you all Anyway here's some info about a neat place close to home I've checked out countless times. There's a really cool old school in Holland Landing. (go towards Bradford from Newmarket) It's been there a very long time (I'll post when I find out exactly) and I think it was shut down in 1979 when the building became run down and unsafe. We heard some younger kids had broken inside and were using it as a hangout, so we decided to go and take a look inside. There's not much inside, but there's a creepy old basement to explore with an ancient furnace. Upstairs there were some classrooms and storage areas. Was really interesting as it's a part of my town's heritage. There was also an old bright blue door (really random placement, you'd have to see it.) that had become somewhat of a legend (and a good reason to check the place out) but some dumb kids from the area recently broke in and stole it. We didn't spend much time inside, but I managed to snap a few good pictures. Wish I'd had my SLR with me this time but no such luck. Ah well. Tell me what you guys think, and if anyone else has ever been there, lemme know about your experience.
