This would be a good one for the database. It closed down a few years back due to building code issues and has been vacant and left to rot ever since. I did some quick scouting but access is very difficult, if not impossible without B&E. The place looks like it's checked almost daily and broken or opened windows are immediately boarded up. It's also in a not-so-great part of town, so the cops check on it often for vagrants.

It's on the corner of 8th St. S and 16th Ave. S.

I just wondered if anyone local has heard of or visited it. Looks like it was built in the 20's and has a funky 60's storefront entrance.

Plaza Retirement Center is the name.
