Not really, sadly. You can try Toporama, but the level of detail there is no better than your typical printed topo map (which is to say, insufficient for a detailed look at la falaise). Your best bet is probably Navigateur Urbain. If you turn on the "Cartographie" layer (and zoom in close enough) it'll show you contour lines and spot elevations for the area. And this map from 1961's not bad if you're into old-school topo scans.
