Where US127 and OLD 27 cross... if you're on US127 heading south, take the OLD 27 exit and turn left. Stay on OLD 27 and it'll dead end right at the house. You'll see it from the highway, it's VERY hard to miss. Scout it before you try to explore it. Let me know if you manage to get in, I want to check it out too.
The Fun Park is further north, closer to you.
Heading south on 127, take the Alger rd. Exit. Turn left at Monroe. Turn left into the first drive/road. The fun park is back behind the building.
Look these up on Google Earth for road locations at least, you'll see what I'm talking about.

| | | | Are you talking about the little mini golf/go kart place by Alma? You can see it from 127. Went there a couple times in the late 80s when it was open. It was called Alice's Wonderland.
Mostly what you'll find immediately around the area is old farm houses and some barns. There are a few old mills and stations, but they're pretty few, and usually well secured.
