Heh, glad you all liked that link. I'm always on the lookout for juicy morsels like that to bring back to the lair. I know there's a lot of tunnel rats here on the forum, and with Russia's underground spaces being so under represented here I figured it was worth posting.

Cheers

Yeah, ol` good Russos` photos rocks. =) Some with too much of HDR, but still rocks. =)))
Really not all of these are just in Moscow, there are actually some shots which were took in Saint-Petersburg and somewhere in the Crimea (as I remember - ones featuring the natural cave with ladders) but there are a lot of photos from Moscow Underground.

Some say the devil is dead, the devil is dead, the devil is dead. Some say devil is dead but he`s a well known joker.

We have something similar to that here in Bermuda called the Crystal Caves. The area it's in forms a kind of lagoon which they say used to be a huge cave system, or a kind of domed structure which collapsed in ancient times, leaving the cave system that became what we see today. Legend has it that the caves were discovered when a boy playing cricket lost his ball down a hole in the garden and, upon squeezing in to retrieve it, was stunned to find what he saw.

I'll have to get some pictures of that for y'all, as the stalagmites and tites are quite spectacular.

Cheers

Those are pretty darn incredible.

We're here if only for a second and then, we're gone when we least expect it, so do more than survive, lets live like we're alive.....
