I like the second one a lot turk the contrast between the light outside and the darkness inside is strong.

The first does nothing for me.

I like the second one quite a bit, nice contrast and textures. However, the first one doesn't do much at all for me, kind of bland and flat. If you were shooting film I'd suggest a filter to bring out the sky more, but since it's digital, I'm of no help.

still take his idea of a filter on hand a polarizing (circular) would help to do this.

I think that these are both really good shots. I really like the first shot, although i do think that a little more texture in the sky would really set it off. i can see that the clouds are there, they are just too washed out, work on post processing that part a little, and see what happens.

good job, great shots...

I did this in about 10min to show you what i was thinking... it is a bit grainy due to the resolution, but you can kinda see what i was talking about...

First one is kind of boring but the second one is good. I like the contrast from the light outside to the dark inside as well

You can use filters with a digital.

But it doesn't work nearly the same way.

I think the first is the best. The second photo is poorly composed, and there is nothing interesting in the subject. The first ones composition is fine and the subject matter is a bit more interesting. I wish that I could see more cloud definition, though.

Neat stuff turk...Keep it up.

The first photo is by far the best...the second photo just seems like there are too many things going on for it to really grab my attention.

I agree with Vacant, and have no idea why so many prefer the second one over the first. It's true that a little more detail in the clouds would be nice, although its hard to tell from rsolimeo's butchery.
