Large drain entrance in Staten Island

Hey, I'm new here and I've always been fascinated by the exploration of abandoned sites, underground tunnels, and the like. I've been through the farm colony in SI, St. Augustine's when it was still standing, even Greystone in New Jersey.

I run a lawn irrigation company on Staten Island so I'm always at people's houses servicing their sprinkler systems. Beyond this one woman's yard (she lives in the Willowbrook area), there is a small stream which comes from this large drain pipe. I'd say it's about 6 feet tall. Has anyone seen this? been inside? I'm really interested in exploring it further.
