I have a superpower? Cool.
Etherealness would be perfect. Pass through solid objects, flight and near invisibility would come hand-in-hand with that. I'd go hang out at abandoned hospitals and sanitariums just to get the ghost hunter types all lubed up.
Freezing time would be excellent, too. I'd freeze time the whole time I was exploring just to add to the otherworldyness that is exploring.
