Supposedly Bat Cave N.C. is the Head of the N.C. KKK. Hwy 64 is in western N.C. It also goes through Highlands N.C. Which at 4114ft elev. is the highest city east of the Mississippi river. I lived there (Highlands) for 3 years. ALOT of geat caves and crevaces to explore up there. Down near "Horseshoe Cove" there's what is called "Granite City" about 400 yards in the woods, it's a huge outcropping of granite caves and cracks..... Sorry, I just miss the N.C. mountains. Didn't mean to hijack the tread...
