|  | | | What condition is Middletown Psychiatric Center in? I heard it was closed not to long ago, and all the patents were moved to rockland. Is the place still active, or is it totally closed down now?

The courts puts the kids there and the local cops like to keep an eye on them.
It is still part of the hospital and there is an O.M H. security patrol.
The building that was closed still has the power on and some workers going in and out.
We went as soon as we heard that it was closed. Hung around for awhile and said fuck it.
Maybe next year.

| | | | I was just there a week ago, the older buildings are locked up fence around and all windows boarded up so no light coming in. I did find one window on the bottom open and there was a mattress inside with some stuff like someone was sleeping in there and there was a door inside not sure if it was locked or not. I didnt go in plus all the windows are boarded so again no light. The newer building already has some wood on the door windows but there is electric on inside so probably alarmed.
Power plant is still in use.

Then, the old main building is fenced but badly.
Locks are not even locked on the main gates.
The doors were boarded but the windows are not.
One of the doors was wide open and you could see through to a window on the other side.
I'm waiting to obtain my pictures of the place that Bornrite1sttime and I took.
As soon as I do I'll post a complete set of pictures
