360 Panorama, turned inside out

I shot this abandoned house with a 8mm lens and only needed 4 shots to get a complete sphere, while processing it i tweeked a setting and turned the image back on itself. Thoughts.

Interesting effect! I'm not sure i know what you mean when you say "turned back on itself"? Have you turned that image into a cubic to see what it would look like?

thats what a flattened 360 looks like. looks like you converted it to a 360 for a QT movie.

that image format is known as equirectangular. Just out of curiosity i made a cubic out of it, the cubic looks right. I dont know why, but it just didnt look right posted here.

I couldnt agree more! I'm more into the documentation style photography, and the VR panorama is well suited to the task. I've been encouraging everyone i can to get into it..more more more.
