When I say I'm 'clean and sober', it means I've showered and I'm headed to the liquor store. |

Municipalities are not of federal jurisdiction, they are of provincial jurisdiction. The only thing Mulroney did is offer money to compensate the closing. But closing a town is a provincial decision. Think about Murdochville...Cities are provincial.

| | | I speak english and I want to know how a Prime Minister can possibly shut down an entire town? I also wonder what was the name of the town where Mulroney got the clap as a young law student? If so, that pretty much explains why he had it shut down.
